Carol M. Morrison, 55, of Riddlesburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at UPMC Altoona Hospital following a lengthy battle with MS and Cancer.
Born in Trenton NJ, she was a daughter of the Late John and Dorothy (Sincak) Sudol – Long and step father Gene Long and surviving step-mother, Roe Sudol of West Virginia.
On December 3, 1999 in Winchester, VA she was united in marriage to Galen Ray Morrison who survives at home.
During her life she enjoyed going to auctions, and collecting pyrex. She truly adored her grandchildren and loved sending them cards for holidays, birthdays, and special occasions with a little something special inside.
Along with her husband and step mother, she is survived by a son, Eric Gabrielson, husband of Angela of Cassville, step daughters, Tammy Cottle, wife of Jason of Everett, Tisha Donaldson, wife of David of Hopewell, and Tera Conely, wife of Zac of Hopewell, grandchildren, Brianna and Lila Gabrielson, Madison and Jadyn Cottle, Alexis and Conner Donaldson, and Mya Conley, a special great niece Chrizma and great nephew Malachi, and a lifelong friend, Diane Swope of New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father, step father, a son Bryan Gabrielson, sister Jeanette, brother John, and a niece Christina.
The family would like to extend a thank you to all of the care givers who helped during her illness.
A memorial service will be held on June 17, 2017 at the Oasis of Love Church in the Valley at 11 AM with friends being received one hour prior.
