Robbie James Love, 77, of Robertsdale, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2017 at his home following a brief illness.
Born in Wood, PA on january 4, 1940, he was a son of the late James and Queen Romayne (Krieger) Love.
He was formerly married in Hagerstown, MD to Carol V. Love.
He was self-employed with Love Excavating and had previously worked for Hempt Bros. He was a member of the George Washington Masonic Lodge, Zembo Shrine, and the Broad Top Area Sportsman Assn., and was a 1957 graduate of Robertsdale High School.
He is survived by his former wife Carol, daughters, Tonya, Tammy, Michele, and Jacquelynn, grandchildren, Brandy, Bobby, Shane, Brent, Tori, and Jaelynn, great grandchildren, Mariah and Ashlynn. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Robbie James Love Jr., granddaughter, Amanda Sue Ross, brother, Deveaux McElwee, and a sister, Dolores Arlene Foore.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in the Broad Top City I.O.O.F. Cemetery. 
In Lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to either the R.W.&BT. Ambulance Division, P.O. Box 7, Robertsdale, Pa. 16674 or to Home Nursing Agency Hospice, 227 Hospital Drive, Suite #2, Everett, PA. 15537-7019.

You are all in our thoughts & prayers, Robbie was a great person, always helping others. He will be greatly Missed by all. When ever we saw your Dad we enjoyed talking to him. He was a quiet person who enjoyed his family very much. R.I.P. Robbie, you will be greatly missed by family and friends. May the Lord comfort your family during this difficult time.

Our sincere sympathy to the family. Robby was a long time and special friend. His friendship had a personal meaning to us. We saw him as a good person who dearly loved his family, and was proud of them. He was always willing to help the communities and any friend who was in need. He will be missed.
