Albert Blair “AB” “Jack” Foor , 89, of Six Mile Run, passed away at his home on Saturday, May 7, 2016.
Born on April 3, 1927 in Wood, Pa. he was the son of the late Dewey E. and Viola Bequeath Foor.
He was united in marriage first to Grace E (Williams) Foor who preceded him in death in 1992 and later married Rosealle Elizabeth (Wilson) Foor who preceded him in death in 1994.
He was a welder for Conrail for 28 years and he enjoyed playing music with John Zimmerman with Keystone Knight Hawks, Irvin Cornelius and his pony show, Johnny and Variety Boys, Ronnie and the Nashville Sounds, Anthony and Country Blend, as well as playing backup for more popular bands. His musical talents included playing the steel guitar, dobro, and guitar which he played at the Black Diamond Café in Six Mile Run for several years. He also enjoyed yard work, gardening, and lots of flowers.
Surviving are a son, Anthony Foor, husband of Vera of Everett, Sisters, May Chamberlain, Myrtle Miller, Suzanne Morris, a brother, Chester Foor, 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren as well as Joe Beltz, husband of Tonya and their family in which he was raised in the Foor home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wives, a daughter, Melissa Foor, a sister, Edith Crooks, and brothers, Emmit, Harry, Russell, Paul, and John Foor.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 2 PM with pastor Marion Foor Officiating at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc., Broad Top City, PA where military servies will be conducted by the Broad Top Area Honor Guard.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 4-8 PM at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. 5010 Railroad Ave. Broad Top City, PA. 16621.
Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Broad Top City, PA.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Matt Baker Local Cancer Fund, % First National Bank, 911 Church St., Saxton, PA. 16678.

Jack was the BLEND of old and new; of country and contemporary; of family and friends.
We will all share his memory and memories of Jack will always be part of us.
Heaven has a country band and Jack just became the newest member.

We are going to miss you more than you'll ever know. I am glad that we were able to get to know you Zachary just loves you to pieces. We have lots of memories and videos with you as well as several different four "Foor" generation pictures. Love you and miss you❤️
