Jeffrey L. Boka, 64, of Saxton, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018.
Born on August 5, 1954 in Buffalo, NY, he was a son of the late John Lewis and Joan Lillian (Haentges) Boka.
He was a 1972 graduate of Orchard Park High School, and had worked for Lane construction as an operator/mechanic. He enjoyed NASCAR, motorcycles, football and his grandchildren. His memberships included the Saxton Sportsman Assn, Captain Phillips VFW in Saxton, the Watson and Black American Legion in Broad Top City, and the Bedford Moose.
Surviving are a daughter, Suzanne Marie Fraizer, wife of Shawn of Buffalo, NY, Step Daughter, Jada Putt of Everett, his companion, Kate Brode of James Creek, grandchildren, Gregory Siegmyer Jr., Justin Siegmyer, Chloe Boka, Noah Boka, Braxton Smith, Jayce Putt, Quintin Matthews, great grandchildren, Lucas and Marialena Siegmyer, brothers, John P. Boka, husband of Susan, of Buffalo, NY, and Gary S. Boka, husband of Jayne, of Buffalo, NY, a niece, Kristy Nicholson and a nephew, Marc Boka.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. Broad Top City at 1 PM.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 11 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Buffalo, NY with his parents.
