Todd Eric Messner, 49, of Three Springs, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019 in Roaring Spring.
Born in Coatesville, on October 10, 1969, a son of the late H. Frank Messner Sr. and Sandra D. (Moffat) Messner who survives.
On September 4, 1999 at the Saxton First Church of God, he was united in marriage to Alda (Jays) Messner, who survives at their home.
He was a graduate of Plymouth Whitmarsh High School and then took auto body classes through Vo Tech. A Veteran of the United States Army National Guard, he served tours in Kosovo, Iraq, and a police mission in Louisiana following hurricane Katrina. His employment included working at Letterkenny Army Depot, Professionals Auto Body, and Forrester’s Auto Body, and he was a member of the Captain Phillips VFW Post 4129 in Saxton.
Along with his wife and mother, he is survived by two children, a daughter, Brook Messner and a son Patton Messner both at home. Also surviving are a brother Harry Frank “Bud” Messner a sister, Ashleigh Messner, and step-mother, Debra Messner. He was preceded in death by a son, Adam Messner.
Friends will be received on Monday, August 5, 2019 from 1 to 3 PM at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. in Broad Top City.
At the request of the deceased the will be no services held other than military honors that will be provided by the Broad Top Area Honor Guard at 3 PM immediately following the visitation.

Please accept my deepest condolences to you and your children and family. You are in my thoughts and prayers, Know that your loved one is now resting safley in the arms of Jesus.
