Albert Harris

Albert Harris, 94, of Arista Care at Huntingdon Park, formerly of Saxton, passed away on August 21, 2018 at Arista Care at Huntingdon Park.
Born on October 22, 1923 in Lansing, MI, he was a son of the late Robert and Mable (Smith) Harris.
On July 1, 1954 in Three Springs, Pa, he was united in marriage to Emma R. (Hoover) Harris who survives at home in Saxton.
Along with his wife he is survived by a son Robert Harris of Saxton as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family being preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.
He was employed by General Motors Corporation holding various positions over the course of thirty years. He was of the Protestant Faith and enjoyed hunting deer.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018 at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc., Broad Top City, at 1 PM with Pastor Jeff Musser officiating.
Friends will be received 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Grandview Cemetery, Saxton, PA.
