Allan D. Zimmerman, 56, of Roaring Spring, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at Conemaugh Nason Hospital in Roaring Spring.
Born in Roaring Spring on February 1, 1967, a son of the late Allen L. and Carol (Smith) Zimmerman.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Zimmerman, daughters, Berneda Cox, wife of Kurtis, Amanda Zimmerman, a step-son, Jason Burket, husband of Sam, grandchildren, Hunter and Logen Cox, Rowen and Sebastien Zimmerman, Lilly and Layla Burket, and Dasean Hall.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Theresa Zimmerman.
He was a 1985 graduate of Northern Bedford High School and had served in the Martinsburg Fire Co. His employment included Ritchey's Dairy, Tussey Mt. Mulch and Blair Candy as a delivery driver. During his life he enjoyed racing, working on cars, trains, going to the beach, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 6, 2023 at the Weaver Banquet Hall at Morrisons Cove Park, 201 S. Walnut St., Martinsburg, Pa 16662 at 2 PM with Pastor Chris Garretson officiating. Friends will be received two hours prior from 12-2 PM. Interment will take place in the Yellow Creek Reformed Cemetery, Hopewell, Pa.
