Anna Marie (Swope) Heath

Anna Marie Heath, 81, of Pennknoll Village, formerly of Saxton, passed away on January 6, 2024 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

Born in Saxton, PA on September 18, 1942, a daughter of the late Doyle and Kathleen (Streepy) Swope.

On October 15, 1960 at the Church of God Tabernacle Church in Saxton she was united in marriage to Fred R. "Chetty" Heath who preceded her in death.

She was a 1960 graduate of Saxton-Liberty High School and then worked at quality manufacturing and SETON Inc. in the Hide Division.

She was of the Protestant faith and was a member of the Church of God Tabernacle in Saxton.

Surviving are a children; James Heath, husband of Minda, Lori Cross, wife of Larry, Doyle Heath, and companion, Connie Whetstone, and Kevin Heath.

Also surviving are grandchildren, Misty Beegle, wife of Travis, Phillip Heath, Anthony Heath and companion Megan Holmes, Dustin Heath, Great-grandchildren, Quinton Beegle, Olivia Beegle, Zachary Beegle and Layla Osburn.

She loved her dogs, Herby and Princess. She also spoiled her grand dogs Jake, Baxter, Lillie, Nayla, Rex, Baxter, and Barney. She loved playing BINGO, Panda Pop, and Spider Solitaire. She also loved to crochet, make plastic canvas projects, and she did cross stich.

Friends will be received on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Church of God Tabernacle in Saxton starting at 10:30 AM until the memorial service that will start at 11 AM with Pastor Chris Clinger officiating. 

Burial will take place in the Fockler Cemetery, Saxton, PA. Privately.
