Carol Jean (Holmes) Neuder

Carol Jean (Holmes) Neuder, 78, of Saxton, passed away on June 27, 2026 at Bedford Post Acute.

Born in Huntingdon, PA on March 18, 1948, a daughter of the late Charles Owen "Mike" and Alverta Lucille (McDonald) Holmes.

During her life she worked as seamstress at Quality Manufacturing in Saxton as well as being a homemaker. She was a lifelong member of the Church of God Tabernacle in Saxton and enjoyed spreading the word of God until the end.

She was united in marriage to John W. Neuder in Robertsdale on February 18, 1964. Mr. Neuder preceded her in death.

Surviving are daughters, Regina B. wife of John Spargo, Deborah K. Weyandt, Carol M., wife of Nick Gambol, Jamie D., wife of Gary Wilson, 15 Grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Alverta Lucille "Bird" (Neuder) Matthews, and a grand daughter, Cindy Lynn Williams.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 6, 2026 at 1 PM with Sister Joyce Drenning officiating at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. Broad Top City, PA. Friends will be received one hour prior to the funeral services.

Interment will take place in the Grandview Cemetery, Saxton, PA.
