Cleo Elaine (Donahue) O'Neal

Cleo Elaine O’Neal, 90, of Broad Top City, passed away at her home on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

Born in Robertsdale on March 22, 1932, a daughter of the late Riley and Tressa (Wood) Donahue.

On June 11, 1949 in Hagerstown, MD, she was united in marriage to Kayedon O’Neal which produced a 73 year marriage. Mr O’Neal survives at their home.

She was primarily a homemaker and was a faithful member of the Robertsdale Church of God.

Along with her husband, she is survived by sons, Kayedon M. O’Neal and wife Teresa, Rodney E. O’Neal and wife Betsy, grandchildren, Tanaya, Kara, Ryan, Shane, great-grandchildren, Kayla, Jensen, Kelssey, Laetten, Ruger, Abby, Heath, as well as 6 great-great-grandchildren.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family being preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Blanche Davis, Ellen Park, Mary Chilcote, Delores Corbin, Riley Donahue, Donald Donahue, Jack Donahue, and Jimmy Donahue.

Friends will be received on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 10 AM until the funeral service at 12 Noon with Pastor Jared Fields officiating at the Robertsdale Church of God.

Interment will take place in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Broad Top City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the R.W.&BT. Vol Fire Co. and/or Ambulance division.
