Donna Mae Park, 75, of Saxton, formerly of Broad Top City, was welcomed in the the arms of Jesus on December 27, 2020 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.
Born on May 28, 1945 in Joller, a daughter of the late Daniel S. and Zonna (Black) Hoover.
On September 7, 1963, she was united in marriage to Danny D. Park who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Sue Ellen (Bobby) Foster, sons David Allen (Bobby Jo) Park and James S. (Chris) Park, a sister Kathy Mitchell and a niece Krista Hoover whom she raised.
Also surviving are her sisters Margaret Duvall and Linda Wright, as well as grandchildren, Andy, Elece, Robby, Sean, Caitlin, Brittany, Dylan, Keirsten, and Elizabeth, great grandchildren, Gaven, Evan, Elliot, Paityn, and Parker and specail niece Kersta and nephews Bradan and Deegan.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Hoover and a niece Danica Hoover.
She always opened her home to many other children over the years and was active at her church, serving as a youth leader and Sunday School Teacher for over 30 years. She also was a Girl Scout Leader. She enjoyed reading, word search puzzels, traveling, and spending time with her family. Her legacy to her family was the gift of unconditional love, family, and a personal relationship with God. She will be sadly missed by all whose lives she shaped and loved over her lifetime. She attended the Tussey Mt. School District and worked at Seton Leather Co. for 10 years
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
