Doris Ann (Snyder) Jenkins

Doris Ann (Snyder) Jenkins, 73, of Saxton, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at her home following an extended battle with cancer.

Born in Six Mile Run on February 10, 1949, a daughter of the late Mary (Folk) and Glenn C. Snyder Sr.

She was a 1967 graduate of Tussey Mt. High School and was a member of the Six Mile Run Church of God. She enjoyed playing Bingo, coloring, crocheting, and playing cards. Her employment was as an office manager for Dr. Edward Halusic.

Surviving are her husband, Ronald Jenkins Sr. at their home, sons, Christopher Husick, husband of Bobbi Sue, Gregory Husick, husband of Annette, step-son, Ronald Jenkins and companion Heidi O’Neal, grandchildren, Eric Husick, Madison Brumbaugh, Parker Husick, great-grandchildren, Rowen Brumbaugh, Stella Husick, and one on the way, brother, Glenn C. Snyder Jr., husband of Janice, sister, Kathryn Watkins, wife of the late Calvin, two special nieces, Janet Altobelli and Stacy Snare as well as numerous other nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 6-8 PM at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc.

Funeral Services will be held at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 10 AM with Pastor Tim McIntyre officiating.

Interment will take place in the Duvall Cemetery, Six Mile Run, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Matt Baker Cancer Fund or to the Saxton Vol Fire Co Ambulance Division.
