Dylan James Diehl Baker, 31, of Newburg, passed away at his home with his family by his side on May 13, 2024.
Born in Huntingdon on March 28, 1993, a son of James Dean and Jamie Sue (Kling) Baker.
He was a 2011 graduate of Tussey Mountain High School and a 2015 graduate of Mount Aloysius receiving his MBA.
On September 23, 2017 at the Robertsdale Church of God, he was united in marriage to Ondrea (White) Baker who survives at their home.
Dylan enjoyed singing in the choir and playing his saxophone in the band, participating in the drama club, and the hand bell choir during his high school years. He also sang in the choir with Vox Nova during his college years. He loved traveling and spending time with his wife and children. He was passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives. He was the accounting manager for Lake Raystown Resort and Lodge.
Along with his parents and wife, he is survived by his children, 3 year old daughter, Ella Baker, and 10 month old son, Oliver Baker. Also surviving is a brother, Alex Baker, husband of Madison, paternal grandmother, Sharon Diehl, maternal grandmother, Nancy Booher, maternal grandfather, James Kling, mother and father in law, Mark and Sherry White, sister-in-law, Paige White, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 10 AM at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc., Broad Top City, with Pastor Brad Zembower officiating.
Friends and family will be received on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 5-8 PM also at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hometown Bank 511 Main Street, Saxton, PA. 16678 to establish a trust fund for his children.
