Eleanor (Black) Treece Imler, 83, of AristaCare at Huntingdon Park, formerly of Broad Top City, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at AristaCare.
Born in Broad Top City, PA on October, 23, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Delmas H. and Carrie (McKnight) Black.
She was twice widowed, first to Ronald L. Treece on December 21, 1989 and second to Joseph Leroy Imler on August 17, 2000.
Surviving is a son, the love of her life, Alan Ronnie Treece of Broad Top City along with numerous other family members. Along with her parents and husbands she was preceded by several other family members.
She was a graduate of Robertsdale High School and retired after numerous years from the Morrisons Cove Home as a CNA. She enjoyed collecting angels, loved her pet dog “Scooter”, and visiting with family and friends.
She was a member of the Robertsdale Church of God where she attended faithfully until her illness prevented her from going.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 10-11 AM with a funeral service being held at 11 AM with Pastor Alfred Chamberlain officiating at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. Broad Top City.
Interment will take place in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Broad Top City, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. P.O. Box 214, Broad Top City, PA. to assist the family with final expenses.
