Elizabeth Weimert Obituary

Elizabeth Ann “Betsy” Weimert, 48, of Seclusion Lane, James Creek, PA. passed away at her home on Saturday, June 9, 2018.
Born in Upland, PA, she was a daughter of Hibbord and Catherine Evans, who survive in Broad Top.
On July 24, 1994 she was united in marriage to Ted Weimert whom she had been with since 1985. Mr. Weimert survives at their home.
She was a graduate of Chishester High School and then graduated from West Chester University with a Masters Degree in Guidance Counseling. She was then a school teacher for 10 years and was currently the owner of Hemlock Hideaway Campground in James Creek for 19 Years, and was a member of the Raystown Brethren Church.
Along with her parents and husband, she has two daughters that survive, Teddi and Alexis Weimert, both at home.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Raystown Brethren Church at 2 PM with Pastor Alfred Chamberlain officiating. Friends will be received from Noon until the hour of service.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Tussey Mt. Girls Basketball Boosters % Todd  Gates 199 Front St. Saxton, PA. 16678, to establish a scholarship in Betsy’s name.
