Glenn Albert Lowry Jr., 44, of Six Mile Run, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born on November, 27, 1974 in Carlisle, a son of the late Glenn Albert Lowry Sr. and Jean (Carberry) Lowry who survives in Six Mile Run.
He had held employment with WalMart and Wells Fargo and enjoyed computers, fishing with his grandfather, riding four wheelers, and was an avid San Fransisco 49ers fan. He had also been a Jr. Fireman with the Six Mile Run Vol. Fire Co. and was of the protestant faith.
Along with his mother, he is survived by uncles, William Heaster of Carlisle, and James Carberry of Newville, aunts, Judy Willis of Robertsdale, and Ruth Benson of Three Springs, as well as numerous cousins.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by aunts, Eleanor Bogel, and Helen Stanton, as well as grandparents, James and Thelma Carberry and Brent and Eva Lowry.
A private celebration of life will be held privately at the Round Knob Church of God with Pastor Jeff Musser officiating. Interment will be in the Duvall Cemetery, Six Mile Run, PA.
