James Norris Sr. Obituary
James Allen Norris Sr., 75, of James Creek, passed away at home on April 7, 2020.
Born in Hesston on November 17, 1944, he was a son of the late Wilbur C and Mary E. (Reed) Norris.
He was married to Sarah E. (Miller) Norris who preceded him in death.
His employment included being a truck driver for New Enterprise Stone and Lime Co. for 22 years.
Surviving are children, James A. Norris Jr. and companion Linda Beagle of Breezewood, Michael T. Norris and companion, Brenda Amick of James Creek, Kimberly D. Norris and companion Brian Rosenberry of James Creek, Brother Walter Norris and companion Rachal Strayer of Marklesburg, Sister Carol Ronk, wife of Wilbur of Hesston, Sister Mary Vaughn, of Hesston, and three grandchildren, James Norris III, Darran Norris, Brittany Norris.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a daughter, Cherylann Norris, and a brother, Gary Norris.
Due to the recent COVID-19 regulations and restrictions as well as Mr. Norris request, there will be no services held.
Interment took place in the White Church Cemetery in Hesston, beside his wife.
