Karen Lee Wilson

Karen Lee Wilson, 66, of Broad Top, Pennsylvania, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 8, 2024. Born on August 30, 1958, in Washington, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Harry Wilson Sr. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Autumn Caldwell, her son Jeremy Caldwell, and her brother Harry Wilson Jr. 

Karen is survived by her loving husband, Donald E. Carver; her cherished daughter, Aleeyia M. Pritts, who was the light of her life; and her brother Steve Wilson.

Karen dedicated over 30 years of her career as a Dental Assistant at Marcinko's Dentistry. Her warm personality and dedication left a lasting impression on colleagues and patients alike. 

To know Karen was to love her. Her infectious laugh and kind heart brought joy to everyone she encountered. Karen had a deep love for animals and spent much of her time at the barn with her beloved companions: two miniature donkeys, Dakota and Baby (JC); Bella, her horse who she taught to perform charming tricks; and Reece, her loyal dog who never left her side. She considered them part of her family and cared for them deeply. 

Karen also treasured the friendships she built over the years with those closest to her. Her warmth and generosity created bonds that will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. 

In  accordance with Karen's wishes, private services will be held later in the year. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bedford County or Huntingdon County Humane Society in honor of Karen's love for animals.

May Karen's memory bring comfort to those who loved her and peace to all who were touched by her kindness.
