Obituary
Kathleen Theresa (Loncosky) Smith, 81, of Dudley, passed away at her home surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, July 23, 2022 .
Born in Dudley on July 28, 1940, a daughter of the late Peter Paul and Josephine Marie (Gier) Lonconsky.
She was a 1959 graduate of Saxton Liberty High School, was of the Catholic Faith, and was primarily a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Paul Smith at home, her first husband, Robert Eugene Black of Chambersburg, daughters, Theresa Marie (Black) Souders, Widow of Randy, of Carlisle, Patti Jo (Black) Shaffer, wife of Jonathan of Saxton, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Along with her parents and a son-in-law, she was proceeded in death by a daughter, Paula Jo Smith, brother Paul Loncosky and wife Helen, and a sister, Anna (Loncosky) Doebler. She was the last remaining member of her immediate family.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at the Ave Marie Cemetery in Dudley with Father Mark Reid Officiating at 1 PM.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Central PA Humane Society, 1837 East Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA. 16602.
