Kathryn D. (Williams) Morningstar, 57, of Saxton, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Born on January 10, 1961 in Conway, SC, she was a daughter of the late Richard Z. and Albertine (Hardwick) Williams.
Surviving are her longtime companion, Ron Hall of Saxton, a son Samuel R. Morningstar of Bedford, a daughter, Kathryn Paige Morningstar of Carlisle, and three grandchildren, one of which was raised in the Mornigstar home, Alyssa Yeager. Also surviving are one brother, Stephen G. Williams of Claysburg, and seven sisters, Nancy Bolduc, wife of John, of Deltona, Fl, Betty W. Cooper and companion Chris Gillmor, of Deltona, FL, Mary Martin, wife of Michael, of Newport News, VA, Robin Hann, wife of Wesley, of Wood, PA, Wendy Brumbaugh, wife of Michael, of Dudley, PA., Lynn Hann and companion Bud Hall, of Saxton, Pa., and Deborah Guy, wife of Billy, of Sequatchie, TN., along with numerous neices and nephews who loved her very much, and a special brother-in-law Eric Morningstar, of Wood.
She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel V. Morningstar, daughter, Amy Lynn Morningstar, granddaughter, Atlanta Marie Yeager, sister Annie W. Edge, wife of Ruben who survives, and three brothers, Richard W., Thomas W., and R. Zenas Williams.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
