Lorrie Lynn (Swope) Devor, 63, of Huntingdon, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Westminster Woods following a brief Illness.
Born in Roaring Spring, Pa. on June 9, 1958, a daughter of the late Isaac Bruce and Eleanor Ruth (Beuchler) Swope and Step Father John Hegedus.
She worked as a Veterinary Assistant, CNA, and in Restaurant Management, also volunteering as much as possible especially enjoying working at the HPC Soup Kitchen at the Huntingdon Presbyterian Church.
She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, cooking, baking, and was one to have never met a stranger.
Surviving are a son, Donald Devor III, husband of Julie, of North Carolina, a daughter, Jessica, wife of Greg Sutton, of Texas, grandchildren, Jessica, wife of Michael Mauro, Tyler Devor husband of Melissa, Alyssa Devor, Hailey Devor, Harley Sutton, Ireland Sutton, Lyla Sutton, Montana Sutton, and Dillon Ahr.
Also surviving are sisters, Sharon, wife of Andy Mirikitani, of Texas, Mary, wife of Paul Edwards, of Saxton, Jan, wife of Ron Jakubik, of Texas, Joyce, wife of Jerry Miller, of Saxton, Deb, wife of Gary Bollinger, of Dudley, and a brother, Robert, husband of Ashley, of Virginia, as well as all their families.
Preceded her in death were her parents, and a son, Joseph Devor.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at the request of the deceased.
