Patricia Clark Shaffern

Patricia Clark Shaffern, 79, of Six Mile Run, Pa passed away on May 1, 2026 at Haida Nursing and Rehabilitation in Hastings, PA.

Born in Six Mile Run on April 20, 1947, a daughter of the late Edward and Edna Foor.

Surviving are five children, Vincent Clark, Michael Clark, Jeannie Straub, Kimberly Barber, and Amy Clark, as well as siblings, Sylvia "Sydney" Oaks, Mary Catherine Steele, Sandra Foor, and Nancy Axon.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Clark, brothers, "Smoke" Weaver, "Bunk" Foor, Bill Foor, Jim Foor, Donnie Foor, and a sister, Peggy Foor.

Patty loved playing BINGO and singing Karaoke.

At the request of the deceased there will be no public services held.
