Born August 27, 1932 in Morgan County, WV, he was the son of the late Leonard and Arrieta Rockwell.
Along with his wife Yonna June Wright Rockwell he is survived by the following family a son, Rick and wife Eileen, David and wife Marie, Mark and wife Janet. Step Children, Ray and wife Bev of Hopewell, PA, Deb and husband Brad of Hopewell, PA, Stephanie and husband Mike of Hope well PA.
Rich was Mayor and Judge for twelve years in Berkeley Springs, WV and was an insurance agent for many years plus owned and operated Berkeley Spring Motor. Rich was an avid hunter, fisherman and loved being with is grandchildren.
Services and interment will be private.
