Timothy Wesley Lane Sr.

Timothy Wesley Lane Sr. 67, of Dudley, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday May 11, 2024 at his home after a lenghty and courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Huntingdon, PA on June 15, 1956, a son of Melvena Marks Lane Palko and the late Norman W. Lane.

He attended Tussey Mt High School. He served briefly in the U.S. Air Force. He went on to work at J&P Furniture Factory in Wood, and was Post Master Relief at the Dudley Post for several years, retiring after being diagnoised with Parkinson's.

His first love was his family ,he enjoyed spending time with his family and watching his children, loved creating games and playing them with his family and friends.He loved sports, playing softball and golf, watching his grandson play ball. He had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. His days were often filled with music.

Along with his mother, he is survived by his wife, Deborah Lane, son, Timothy Lane Jr., daughter, Autumn Lane, grandson, Aidan Lane, sister, Lisa Shoop, brothers, Galen Lane, husband of Vera, Jay Lane, husband of Jennifer, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Proceeding him in death were his father, a daughter, Misty Joy Lane, brothers, Dennis and Norman Lane, as well as his step father, Andrew James Palko and brother-in-law Larry Shoop.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday June 1, 2024 at 2 PM at the Robertsdale Church of God. All family and friends welcome.Meal to follow.
