Tracie Reed

Tracie Lynn Reed, 54, of Saxton, passed away at  Conemaugh Memorial Hospital in Johnstown on October 17, 2021 due to complications with Covid-19

Born in Roaring Spring on June 19, 1968, a daughter of Vivian L. Reed of Saxton and the Late William K. Reed.

She was a graduate of Tussey Mt. High School, was of the Protestant faith and had worked at Seton Co. in Saxton until her disability.

Along with her mother, she is survived by a son, Jonathan Adam Reed of Saxton, special friend, Millard Starr of Saxton, sisters, Tonya Knechtel, wife of Kirk of Hopewell, Trudy Cook, wife of Jay of Huntingdon, brothers, Terry Reed, husband of Connie (Fields) of Dudley, Timothy Reed, husband of Bonnie (Ritchey) of Ephrata.

Also surviving are nieces, Cassi Ramper, wife of Ronnie, Kristi Hart, wife of Michael, nephews, Eric Arcq, Toby Arcq, husband of Monique, Jeremy Arcq and Margaret Akers, Courtney Cook and wife Kristi, Travis Cook, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death her father, grandparents, Fred O. and Ruth A. Thompson and Edith Reed.

She also had a special love for her dog Bumper who preceded her in death in 2019.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Broad Top City with Pastor William Hall officiating. Friends are invited to gather at the cemetery one hour prior to the graveside service at 2 PM.
