Vaughn L. Ruby

Vaughn L. Ruby, 80, of AristaCare at Woodland Park in Orbisonia, formerly of Coalmont, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Woodland.
Born in Wood, Pa. on November 22, 1938, he was a son of the late Jesse Eldon and Elizabeth (Rabenstein) Ruby.
He was of the protestant faith and retired from PennDot on October 29, 1979.
Surviving are three brothers, Lester Ruby, Six Mile Run, PA., Max Ruby. Youngstown, OH, and Norm Ruby, Middletown, PA. as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Blanche Woodring and four brothers, Lawrence, Don, Dean and Charles Ruby as well as three infant siblings, Maxine, Gerald and Geraldine.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 10-11 AM, at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. with Pastor Jeff Musser officiating.
